Meet the Founder
Gillian Florence Sanger
Gillian is a Writer, Meditation Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Coming to Peace Facilitator. Beyond that, she is a dreamer, seeker, freethinker, and bridger of gaps. Her work is inspired by the untamed magic of the natural world and the profound mysteries of the psyche and soul.
Gillian has 10+ years personal experience with mindfulness, meditation, and guided imagery and 6+ years professional experience writing hundreds of guided meditation scripts for successful clients. She is an assistant trainer for the Mindfulness Exercises Meditation Teacher Certification Program, supporting individuals on a journey of sharing mindfulness with others.
