At Inner Forest School, we help people who feel called to share meditation, guided imagery, and nature-based practices with others—who want their work to reflect their values, their intuition, and the wisdom of nature.

Here, you'll learn to create experiences that honour both your wise inner nature and the natural world around you. Nature becomes your co-teacher—a guiding and grounding force for both personal and professional life.

Every Tuesday, we host free 30-minute meditations—20 minutes for practice, 10 minutes for optional sharing—to cultivate connection and strengthen our practice. All are welcome!

Meet the Founder

Gillian Florence Sanger

Gillian is a Writer, Meditation Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Coming to Peace Facilitator. Beyond that, she is a dreamer, seeker, freethinker, and bridger of gaps. Her work is inspired by the untamed magic of the natural world and the profound mysteries of the psyche and soul. Gillian has 10+ years personal experience with mindfulness, meditation, and guided imagery and 6+ years professional experience writing hundreds of guided meditation scripts for successful clients. She is an assistant trainer for the Mindfulness Exercises Meditation Teacher Certification Program, supporting individuals on a journey of sharing mindfulness with others.
