The program, which opens on October 4th, 2025, incorporates both live, online sessions and on-demand learning. Wherever you're based, it's possible for you to join us. Here's how it works:
Online materials and resources become available on October 4th. You can begin studying and practicing then, and our first live online session will be on October 11th.
Over the course of 4 months, we'll have 4 live Zoom calls. Your attendance is required at 1 session minimum (details on Zoom call timing and intention can be found below).
The bulk of your learning and practice will come from going through the online course material and practicing nature meditations in your own environment. You can bring any questions that arise to our live sessions together, or email them to me at any time during the course duration.
You'll have homework to complete before our virtual graduation ceremony (the 4th Zoom call). On that call, we'll do a nature meditation practice together and you'll receive your certificate as a symbol of your personal and professional growth.
Over 4 months, you'll have 4 opportunities to connect with the course teacher and other students live online. It's mandatory to attend a minimum of 1 of these calls to receive your certificate (though we do hope you attend more!):
Zoom Call #1: Saturday, October 11th at 9pm CET (Welcome, Guided Practice, Q&A)
Zoom Call #2: Monday, November 17th at 2pm CET (Guided Practice, Q&A)
Zoom Call #3: Sunday, January 11th at 9pm CET (Guided Practice, Q&A)
Zoom Call #4: Saturday, February 7th at 9pm CET (Graduation Ceremony)
In addition to the above, you'll receive:
At any point during the program, you can schedule a 60-minute 1:1 call with Gillian to discuss things like: how to reach new people; how to structure your offerings; determining your niche/primary focus; creating offerings using tools like Canva or Audacity; building confidence; etc.
In addition to the nature meditation scripts you'll find within the course itself, you'll receive the package of 20 Nature Meditation Scripts sold separately at the Inner Forest School.
