Let's explore our inner worlds – together.
Through a blend of mindfulness meditation and guided imagery, Soul Sanctuary Sessions lead you to intentionally and tenderly explore your inner realm. The meditation lasts around 20 minutes with 10 minutes of optional sharing afterwords (all-in-all, it's a 30-minute class).
Every session is a little bit different, each with an intention to connect with one or more of the following: deep rest, insight, clarity, wisdom, self-compassion, nature connection, and belonging.
No prior experience is required. All you need to come with is a comfortable space to meditate in. Cushions and blankets are encouraged, with soft lighting and maybe an eye pillow. You can be seated or lying down–whatever feels most supportive for you.
These classes are free to join–because gathering mindfully in community shouldn't always come with a price tag. 🤍
