Meet the Session Facilitator

Gillian Florence Sanger

Writer, Meditation Teacher, Certified Depth Hypnotherapist and Coming to Peace Facilitator

Gillian will lead you through a 20-minute group meditation focused on resting and releasing what does not serve us. The practice is suitable for both beginners and advanced meditators (and all those who fall in-between). After the meditation, Gillian will stay for an additional 10 minutes for any participants that would like to say hello or share a bit about their experience with the practice.
