What is sacred anger?

Anger is a largely misunderstood emotion. We fear it, viewing it as destructive or "negative." But anger has its rightful place in the landscape of our emotional body–most of us simply struggle to understand it and channel it properly. Sacred anger is anger in its purest sense, before it becomes destructive, before it burns us or others, and before we suppress it. Its anger as teacher, as boundary-setter, as changemaker. In this 75-minute workshop, we'll gently tap into our anger. We'll practice listening to it so that we might learn from it. Through meditation, writing, and sharing, we'll practice giving anger space "to be" and explore ways of channeling it in lovingly, wise, and powerful ways. More details: ○ The session will take place on Zoom, so you can join from wherever in the world you are ○ A recording will be made available for 60 days, so if you can't attend live but want to move through the experience, you can still register ○ The workshop will take place on Sunday, February 15th at 9:00pm CET/Stockholm (3:00pm Eastern, 12:00pm Pacific) ○ All you need to have with you is a journal and pen–and a warm beverage if you'd like one ○ Tune in from a quiet and comfortable space where you can be fully present for our time together ○ There will be opportunities to share your writing and reflections, though this is entirely optional DISCLAIMER: This workshop is intended for personal reflection, creative expression, and emotional exploration.
