Season of the Cave

A WINTER WORKSHOP SERIES TO JOURNEY TO YOUR DEPTHS

The cave is a symbol of our depths. Of what lives beneath the surface. It’s a place of rest and reflection, where dreams and visions gradually come to light. A place within which we come home to ourselves before emerging back into the world with greater alignment.

This winter, I invite you to journey with us to your inner cave – to find light and respite there, to discover symbols and images of soul, and to emerge before spring with clarity and a sense of rebirth.

Season of the Cave is a three-part workshop series to help you explore and express this inner terrain through guided imagery, mindful awareness, writing practice, and community connection. What your cave reveals will be different from the next person, and this journey will meet you wherever you are – with wisdom and care.

Each session will be recorded in full so that if you can’t attend each one live, you can tune in when your schedule allows (replays available until 03/31/27).

Who This Is For:

This workshop series is for anyone who is ready and willing to sink beneath the surface of their reality to discover deeper truths and images of soul. It’s for anyone who wants to really harness the invitation of winter to rest, reflect, and clarify before spring arrives. It’s for dreamers, deep thinkers, and soul seekers.

This workshop may not be suitable for anyone who has a fear of enclosed spaces or caves as we’ll be travelling there repeatedly throughout the series (please see additional disclaimer at the bottom of the page).
