Meditation & Co-Working Sessions

Creative Co-Working Sessions

Brew a cup of tea or coffee, bring your journal and pen or computer, and Zoom in for a co-working session–where you're invited to work on anything creative. Plan your next workshop, write some poetry, work on designing your homepage... whatever you want to create, sink into deep work on it. We'll open with a short, grounding, intention setting practice and close with a short check-in to see how the hour has gone for everyone.

Live Community Meditations

Settle into a comfortable, quiet place and join us for a 20-minute meditation–followed by 10 minutes for optional sharing. You'll be guided through a practice that could be mindfulness-based, imagery-based, or both, led intuitively by Gillian. All are welcome; no experience necessary.
