Autumn Alchemy:
An Inner Nature Writing™ Workshop
Alchemy is an ancient practice and philosophy that sought to turn base metals into gold – to take something ordinary and transform it into something precious. It always began with breaking things down: things had to dissolve and fall apart before any gold could emerge.
Autumn works the same way. It’s a season of transformation. A quiet kind. Leaves turn and fall, breaking down to feed the ground. Really, it’s not an ending but a necessary and eary stage of rebirth. It’s a season of turning inward and letting go, and when we lean into it, autumn does something alchemical: it takes the raw material of the year – the hard moments, the losses, the lessons – and slowly turns it into gold. When we give ourselves over to autumn wholeheartedly, we discover our wisdom, our peace, and our wholeness.
In this session, we’ll explore that transformation through the careful weaving of mindful awareness, nature-based guided imagery, writing, and sharing. We’ll discover what wants to be surrendered with the season and tap into what the courage to let go feeds and breathes new life into.
No writing experience required. Simply tune in from a safe and comfortable space for inner work with a pen, a notebook, and open heart and mind.
DATE: Wednesday, September 30th, 2026
TIME: 8:30pm CEST/Stockholm (2:30pm ET/Toronto) – session will last 75-90 minutes
