The Reconnect Retreat
September 25-27 | Starting at $400The Reconnect Retreat is an opportunity to come back home to the Earth and to yourself. It’s a chance to step back from the noise and step into both outer nature and your inner world – and to discover what resides there.
❋ Nature ConnectionSteps away from Stendörren Naturreservatet, with accommodation on the Sörmland archipelago coast, this weekend will ground you in the peace, quietude, and beauty of nature.
❋ Writing and Guided ImageryThrough guided exercises, you’ll explore your inner landscapes and express yourself powerfully through written word. No writing experience is required.
❋ mindfulness and meditationConnect with the world around and within you through curious, open awareness, anchoring yourself in the ease and stillness beneath the noise of the life.
❋ human connectionThis is an opportunity to not just connect with yourself and nature–but to experience meaningful and deep human connection. To share our stories, contemplations, and experience. There’s room here to laugh, cry, dance, and let the mask down.
"A walk in nature walks the soul back home."

Additional Details
Over the course of the weekend, we’ll do a variety of practices together – both at our accommodation and out in nature. This will include meditation, writing, walking, guided imagery, sharing circles, and more.
You’ll have some free-time on Saturday, during which you can journal, go for a walk, have a meaningful conversation with someone, use the sauna, read, sit on the porch, sit in the kitchen and chat while I prepare dinner, or practice yoga (a couple of yoga mats will be available to borrow).
Your silence is requested from 10/10:30pm in the evenings until after the next morning’s meditation. This is to support ease, quietude, and mindful presence.
Meals will be dairy-free and vegetarian, with gluten-free alternatives for bread. Please inform me of any other dietary preferences or allergies upon booking.
The schedule and exact activities/practices might vary based on the weather. We won’t shy away from a little rain, but comfort is also important. We’ll intuitively adapt to what Mother Nature offers us.

Save your spot in the sleeping loft – a female-only shared space for up to 4 participants – at The Reconnected Retreat
Reserve a private room to share with someone you’ll be attending with. Each person must book their own place (meaning, reserving here is only reserving your own spot). In your message upon booking, state the name of who you’ll be sharing with.
Or you can save your spot with a deposit to start:
Reserve your spot at the Reconnect Retreat by paying the $150 non-refundable deposit. The remaining cost of attendance is due by August 18th, 2026. You will be sent an invoice to pay at your convenience.

Yes. At the start of the retreat, you will be asked to turn in your phone (please do not bring laptops or large electronic devices). This is not to be overbearing but to create a clear boundary that will greatly enhance both your experience of the retreat and that of the others around you.
-
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat. You may either: pay the deposit now and the remaining balance later, or pay in full upfront. Any remaining balance is due by August 18th, 2026.
If you cancel before August 18th, 2026, you will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 18th.
The retreat requires a minimum number of participants to run. If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.

Our accommodation is located steps away from the majestic Stendörren nature reserve. Our host has requested that rather than sharing photos directly, we offer you the link to view where you’ll be rooting for the weekend: airbnb.com/h/skargardshus-stendorren
-
A full Welcome Packet will be emailed to you about 1 month prior to the retreat, but you’ll roughly need: comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, outdoor gear for rain or shine, a journal, a travel mug, and a small backpack for our day outing. You might also like to bring a book for downtime.

The location is somewhat tedious to reach without a car (though it’s possible!). However, to make it easier, I can do a pick up from Vagnhärad station at 2:30pm on arrival day (40 min direct train from Stockholm). You would be dropped off on Sunday to get the train from Nyköping. Please let me know upon booking if you require this transport.
